The Regional Geriatric Program of Toronto (RGP) supports a network of healthcare providers who care for frail older adults. The RGP builds capacity for senior friendly care through education, training, and strategic operational projects. The role would involve implementing new strategic initiatives to improve the quality of care and services delivered to older adults with frailty. These initiatives span across professions and sectors and are co-designed with stakeholders.

The RGP of Toronto is seeking an experienced project manager with interest in the care of older people, continuing health professional development and implementation of strategic initiatives. Working closely with the RGP directors, the Project Manager (PM) of strategic projects will be responsible for the design, implementation and evaluation of a variety of projects, ensuring timely progress and achievement of expected deliverables.
